1.0 Background
The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ), in collaboration with the Research Council of Zimbabwe (RCZ), invites research proposals to support the development of the digital economy in Zimbabwe. This Call for research proposals seeks to drive the development of reliable solutions that can facilitate the establishment of universally acceptable Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and systems for an inclusive digital economy, as outlined in the National Development Strategy 1 (NDS1). It also presents an excellent chance for researchers to contribute to the advancement of ICT in Zimbabwe.
